The Judgement of Google
I have a very real issue with judgement.
In what may seem like a twisted form of narcissism, I often feel people are judging me, be it consciously or unconsciously. This causes me to not do certain things, or to at least put them off or complain a lot while I'm doing them. Now, we all judge. We judge all the time. It's how we navigate our world, constantly evaluating properties and conditions so we can make efficient and productive paths towards our goals. So when I talk about feeling judged all the time, it's significant only in that it adversely affects my behavior and mood.

Two very interesting, yet activity-divergent, events took place last weekend. One of them brought money in. The other took it right back out. I will now elaborate.

Getting Paid Notes for Notes
It’s still really amazing when I get paid for doing music. Something I started doing back in high school for fun now has come in handy for producing some kind of sporadic income multiple times.

Google Chrome Stable (version 7)
Switching to Chrome from Firefox a while back was pretty much a sweet move. Nothing again Firefox, which is a great browser and one I used for a long time proudly, but the interface and design of Google’s now pretty-popular app has won me over. The two things initially keeping me away, plugins/extensions and Firebug, have been ameliorated by beefing up the catalog and making peace with the Web Inspector.

Putting It Off…Forever?
There are a few things I don’t like to deal with because of significant anxiety. These things range from mild concern that can be talked through all the way up to fear-cowered small ball of worry-shriveling death. In no particular order:
- Planning a vacation
- Visiting family
- Spending large amounts of money
- Using shared facilities at work
- Major house changes
- Going through my (snail) mail
- Calling people
- Getting a haircut
- Maintenance of any sort, really

WkHTMLtoPDF, or Why I Hate Building From Source
I like using technology to simplify things. Well, that's being rather prudent. I like technology because it pays my way through life, really. But to be more specific I like it when there's some cool tool (especially when it's free) that I can easily download and use to make something more awesome or make a long process more speedy.

I’ve always thought as myself as someone who can get along with just about anyone. Lots of things annoy me just like anyone else, but I’m pretty good at staying quiet and/or just letting it ride despite any misgivings I may have.

Coding the Night Away
Despite getting caught up in Minecraft for most of the night, I was able to get in some coding tonight.

Forgive me, Productivity, but I started playing Minecraft.
